Location: Greater Houston, TX

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus + Mileage Reimbursement + Cell Phone/Home Internet Reimbursement + Technology Package

A growing and highly respected multi-unit restaurant organization is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of restaurants throughout the Houston market.

This leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing restaurant leaders, improving guest experience, and achieving sales and profitability goals across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a proven multi-unit operator who excels at leading through others, building strong teams, and creating accountability while fostering a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for approximately 6–8 restaurant locations.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, food cost controls, and overall restaurant performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure consistency in execution, guest experience, food quality, and operational standards.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and operational improvements.
• Lead recruiting, succession planning, talent development, and retention efforts throughout the market.
• Foster a culture of accountability, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Manage multi-unit P&L performance and develop action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, labor, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Background

• Minimum 10 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct multi-unit management experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations.
• Demonstrated success leading through General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, inventory controls, and P&L accountability.
• Experience developing future leaders, succession planning, and improving team performance.
• Ability to manage a geographically dispersed team while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Must be comfortable working a flexible leadership schedule averaging 50–55+ hours per week . Ability to travel frequently throughout the Houston market to support restaurant operations and leadership teams. Available for occasional evening and weekend responsibilities as needed. Valid driver's license required.
