Senior Product Designer

Duration: 6+ months Compensation: $60-80/hr W2 Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid on-site 1 day/week)

We are seeking a senior product designer to design and deliver customer-facing web application experiences supporting account management, connectivity services, billing, user administration, support, and digital self-service capabilities. This individual will own the design process from discovery through delivery while partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.

Requirements:

• 7+ years product design, UX design, or digital experience design experience
  • Must have strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped digital products
• 5+ years (or expert-level) figma experience including design systems, component libraries, and prototyping
• 5+ years designing customer-facing web/mobile apps
• Experience leveraging AI-powered design or prototyping tools preferred

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery and concept development through final delivery and implementation
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications for customer-facing web applications
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive, scalable digital experiences
