We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven People Administrator to support workforce operations across our Las Vegas sites. You’ll manage full-time & contingent hourly headcount, track attendance and labor delivery, support hiring events, and partner with Operations, HR, and staffing vendors to keep our workforce running smoothly. If you have HR or staffing experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Monitor FTE & contingent labor headcount to meet daily/weekly volume needs.
Track labor delivery, call-offs, cancellations, and NHO performance.
Partner with staffing vendors to review fill-rates, quality, compliance & capacity.
Maintain workforce dashboards and provide daily/weekly reporting.
Use HRIS/VMS tools (Workday, etc.) for requisitions, audits & event support.
Support hiring events & complete post-event audits.
Ensure compliance with Nevada labor laws and resolve timecard/billing errors.
Maintain site supplies, including PPE.
What We’re Looking For:
HS diploma or equivalent.
1+ year in operations, HR or Staffing.
Strong organization & attention to detail.
Clear written & verbal communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
Able to work on the warehouse floor when needed & lift up to 25 lbs.
On-site with occasional travel/evenings/weekends.
