General Trauma Surgeon

CompHealth

CompHealth is seeking a locum tenens physician for a role providing 24-hour call coverage with inpatient rounding and Level III trauma surgery coverage. This opportunity offers flexible assignments, ranging from short-term to long-term, with the potential for additional dates. The specialized recruiter will manage all assignment details, including credentialing and privileging, to ensure a seamless experience.

Practice Info

24-hour call coverage
Average 1 - 2 callbacks per day
Inpatient rounding required
Level III trauma surgery coverage

Responsibilities

Provide 24-hour call coverage with a 30-minute response time
Perform emergency general surgery procedures
Perform chest tube placement
Perform central line placement

Compensation

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
