Job Description We are looking for a Title Clerk to join a dealership team in Fayetteville, Arkansas in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in a structured office setting, values accuracy, and enjoys completing process-based work with consistency. The ideal candidate brings automotive industry experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation carefully while keeping work moving on schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Review title-related paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submitting or filing documents
• Process vehicle titles, lien records, and supporting documentation through established dealership procedures
• Monitor the status of title transactions and follow up with appropriate parties to resolve missing information or delays
• Organize and maintain files so records are current, accessible, and aligned with company and regulatory standards
• Prepare documentation packages that meet submission requirements for title and registration processing
• Communicate progress updates and document needs with internal departments to keep workflows on track
• Enter and update title information in internal systems with a high level of precision and consistency• At least 1 year of experience in a title clerk or related automotive administrative role
• Background in the automotive industry with familiarity in vehicle title documentation and processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry skills, including numeric entry accuracy and typing speed of 45 to 60 words per minute
• Ability to follow written procedures and complete repetitive tasks with dependable accuracy
• Good customer service and communication skills when working with internal teams or external contacts
• Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain steady productivity in a structured office environment
