Duties

What to Expect:

• Performs custodial services across multiple Onslow Beach outdoor amenities including beach access points bath houses pavilions gazebos dog parks and designated roadside areas assigned.

• Restocks toilet paper sanitary bags soap deodorizers urinal screens detergents dryer sheets and other supplies as needed.

• Regularly collects and removes trash litter and debris from outdoor locations across Onslow Beach including parking areas beach access points roadside pull-offs pavilions shaded structures and recreational spaces.

• Inspects facilities and equipment for leaks damage or safety hazards and promptly reports issues to maintenance or management.

• Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in controlling heavy equipment carrying and setting up ladders and scaffolds and working from ladders and scaffolds.

• Lifts and carries objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance.

• Other similiar custodial duties may be assigned.

• Knowledge and skill sufficient to read signs follow simple oral and written instructions.

• Ability to work safely while moving lightweight objects.

• Ability to use powered equipment and perform minor maintenance on this equipment.

• Ability to learn Material Safety Data Sheets.

• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license to operate company vehicles.
