Job Description Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine. You will provide top‑notch patient care and experience while partnering with Medical Assistants, PSRs, and other providers throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with various team members to deliver high-quality care and maintain patient satisfaction. Qualifications At least five (5) years of experience in a continuity setting as a provider. Experience in a continuity clinic and ability to see acute patients. Ability to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
