We are seeking candidates for a full-time opportunity in our Waupun occupational health clinic. This unique position will provide patient care and be a partner to our employer contracts. You'll handle pre-employment and work-related physicals, as well as developing population health programs.

• 100% Outpatient clinic setting

Your Qualifications:

• Experience strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills
• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin
• NPs require APRN
• Preferred certifications - will need to be obtained
• Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
• NIOSH
• CAOHC
