About This Role The Registered Nurse Non‑Acute functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population, focusing on achieving desired outcomes through effective direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Highlights Location: Clifton, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full‑time What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation. Perform age and disease‑specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar‑scanning technology. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Identify ethical issues in the practice setting and address them. Adhere to HMH’s Organizational and Managerial competencies and standards of behavior. Requirements Education BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire. Experience Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs. Licenses & Certifications NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required.
