Do you have years of experience building, repairing, and troubleshooting plastic injection molds? Are you the person everyone turns to when a mold isn't working and nobody can figure out why? We're looking for you. Alliance Specialities and Laser Sales is growing, and we're looking for seasoned mold makers who take pride in their craftsmanship, enjoy solving challenging problems, and know what it takes to get a mold back into production. We're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We want experienced professionals who can look at a problem, determine the best solution, and get the job done right. What You'll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing complex plastic injection molds. Troubleshooting mechanical failures, wear, damage, and performance issues. Disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling molds. Performing mold maintenance, modifications, and precision fitting. Repairing cores, cavities, inserts, slides, lifters, and ejector systems. Using conventional machining equipment, including mills, lathes, and grinders. Collaborating with our laser welding, polishing, and hot runner repair teams. Sharing your knowledge with the next generation of mold makers. What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in plastic injection mold making or repair preferred. Strong knowledge of mold construction, mechanics, and troubleshooting. Experience with conventional machining and precision measuring equipment. Ability to diagnose problems and independently develop repair solutions. Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Pride in your craftsmanship and a passion for solving problems. Most importantly, we're looking for people who know molds inside and out.
