Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services and teach patients and caregivers skills that promote independence. Collaborate with team members and make referrals to optimize patient outcomes. Adapt treatment programs to each patient’s changing needs and settings. Act as a healer, helper, and educator in the pursuit of restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated as the U.S. equivalent. Salary Posted Salary Range: $48.00 – $55.00 per hour. Bonus: $10,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
