Requirements Locums | Hesperia, CA Internal Medicine ________________________________________________________________SCHEDULE • Coverage Type:Outpatient• Schedule Type:Clinic only• Call Type:N/A• Dates of Need:• Shift Times:8am-5pm• Lunch1 hourunpaid• Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full Time 35-40 (We need 5 days a week of coverage Monday-Friday) • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 hours per day • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid:Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday________________________________________________________________CREDENTIALING • Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)• License:Active CA license • DEA Required:Yes• Boards:BC only• Skills/Certs:• Other:Will not need hospital privileging. They will go through payor credentialing which will take a couple of weeks. ________________________________________________________________ADDITIONAL DETAILSWe prefer someone who is board certified in Internal Medicine. If the candidate is local that is preferable, we will have an update on a long term housing budget shortly to share. Providers will be reviewed by the team and then formal interviews will be set up. Please ensure provider availability for the next two weeks is included in the presentation. A start of July 1 is the goal but we know the review process can take a bit so asap is more expected depending on when they finish payor credentialing and get set up.
