As a Maintenance Leadership Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to lead safety initiatives , ensuring that all team members adhere to our stringent Site Safety Program. You'll champion our 5S housekeeping standards and embody leadership for employee wellness through Beyond Zero programs.

You'll inspire and bring clarity to the vision and strategy by developing a deep understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic plans. Your role includes actively supporting change and guiding your team through new processes, ensuring everyone sees the connection between their actions and broader goals.

Through day-to-day execution using leadership competencies, you will reinforce our company culture. Being self-motivated and emotionally intelligent is paramount, and you'll embody these traits to drive our ATS values.

Support the growth of your team by managing performance and providing avenues for development. Offer guidance in career planning, training, and skills enhancement through regular one-on-one coaching sessions.

Your essential responsibilities entail leading the understanding and implementation of the Operating System. Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to track and report on key performance indicators. Address roadblocks, ensure smooth processes, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business success.

We're looking for someone with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ideally some planner/scheduler experience. Your expertise in supervisory roles and a manufacturing environment will set you apart.
