KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Fix-It Pro: Master the art of preventative maintenance—whether it’s swapping bulbs, patching vinyl, touching up paint, or repairing furniture and tiles, you’ll keep everything looking sharp and running smoothly. Equipment Whisperer: Take charge of repairs and tune-ups for ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen gadgets, laundry gear, HVAC systems, and even the swimming pool and hot tub, ensuring peak performance all around. Safety Hero: Respond quickly to alarms, investigate their cause, and report findings to the Front Desk, keeping everyone safe and in the know. Trusted Access: Act responsibly with access to sensitive hotel areas and information—including safes, master keys, storage rooms, and secured files—always maintaining a high level of integrity and trust. Guest Connection: Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes unsupervised, represent the company with professionalism and good judgment, and drive safely when needed for business.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
