Onsite QA/QC Lead — Electrical Construction & Compliance

Motor City Electric is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead onsite quality on electrical construction projects in Detroit. You will own the project Quality Plan, oversee inspections, verify field work against IFC drawings and specs, and ensure audit-ready turnover. This role requires 5+ years in QA/QC, strong knowledge of NEC/NESC/NEMA, and the ability to coordinate with field teams, engineering, safety, and vendors.
