About the job Regional Class A Driver - Entry and Experience Welcome
Maximize your time on the open road with an elite regional fleet running across the Eastern Seaboard. Our operation cuts out the administrative headaches and delays by guaranteeing 100 percent no-touch freight, ensuring your wheels keep turning and your paycheck stays high. We are currently opening dedicated lanes for established road professionals as well as recent CDL-A graduates looking for immediate security and stable miles.
- High-performing drivers with experience average between $1,200 and $1,400 every week.
- Structured entry-level path offers a paid 4-6 week mentorship route at $650 per week for new grads.
- Kickstart your transition with $300 upfront orientation pay plus $15 extra for any additional stops.
- Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision coverage) automatically begins on day 31.
- Protect your future with a corporate matched 401k retirement plan and accrued paid time off (PTO).
- Stay moving with a consistent volume averaging 2,500 premium regional miles every week.
- Maintain a regular home life with a dependable 14 days on the road and 2 full days at home routine.
- Own your clock by choosing between flexible availability on either day shifts or night shifts.
- Command the highway in late-model, excellently maintained, and reliable commercial vehicles.
- Bring your companions along with pet and rider policies active immediately following your training.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and a minimum age of 21 years old.
- Official school certificate confirming 120 plus training hours from an approved CDL facility.
- A clear, verifiable employment history background check.
- Solid safety record with zero major moving violations or DUIs within the past 60 months.
- Mandatory passing results on standard DOT physicals, including hair and urine toxicology screens.
