Elevator Mechanic

We are in need of a skilled Elevator Installation Technician to join our team in Akron Canada The ideal candidate will have experience in elevator installation and maintenance as well as a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per week without accommodation provided Responsibilities Install new elevators according to blueprints and specifications Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing elevators Perform regular maintenance and inspections on elevators Ensure all safety regulations and codes are followed during installation and maintenance Communicate with clients to provide updates on projects and address any concerns or questions Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in elevator installation or maintenance Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read blueprints diagrams and schematics Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Elevator Mechanic certification or equivalent experience Experience with both hydraulic and traction elevator systems Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to elevators This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Elevator Installation Technician looking for their next challenge We offer competitive compensation opportunities for growth within the company and a supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
