What You Will Do Lead Store Operations : Demonstrate leadership across all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistent execution and accountability. Drive Strategy & Performance : Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive strategic business plan aligned with financial and operational objectives, including annual benchmarks and budget. Develop People & Teams : Hire, coach, mentor, and develop store leaders and team members—creating a work environment that supports growth and performance. Manage Resources : Evaluate, allocate, and manage human, physical, and financial resources to support profitable growth and operational excellence. Champion Customer Experience : Ensure customer satisfaction by partnering with all departments to understand expectations, resolve concerns, and build long‑term relationships. Strengthen Communication & Culture : Foster engagement and alignment through open‑book meetings, team meetings, open‑door leadership, and proactive feedback loops. Proven Leadership Experience : Demonstrated success in business and people management, with the ability to lead leaders and drive accountability. Operational Expertise : Strong understanding of sales, parts, and service operations and how to align teams around shared goals. Analytical Problem Solving : Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and execute effectively. Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of John Deere construction dealership operations .
