Ribbit Computers was established in Dec 2004 and since then has been dedicated to providing the best customer service and computer repair available to you. When your Laptop, PC, Phone, Tablet or Mac needs repairing, you won’t have to worry for long! Our technicians are skilled in dealing with all computers and smart devices whether you need home or business computer repairs.
Every day it seems like there are more and more viruses, spyware applications and software issues ready to attack your computer and make it useless. Hearing the technology news can be overwhelming! Our technicians are not only here to help you with computer repairs but they can also help you understand how best to protect your computer from problems like these that might arise in the future.
Our business has been established to offer fantastic customer service as well as high-quality computer repairs with quick turn-around time. If you have any questions about your computer system or want to schedule an appointment, just give us a call! We’ll take care of your computer repair needs and make sure you know how to safeguard your computer from failing again.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities and Duties
Work with customers to troubleshoot technical computer issues and fully document actions and results.
Assist clients with new device setups.
Sell computers and services.
Work with a team to service devices, sell services, and research new techniques and products we can sell.
QualificationsStrong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and coworkers.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a congenial manner.
Ability to troubleshoot and understand Windows 8.1, 10, and 11, as well as macOS and familiarity with Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective.
Additional InformationMinimum of one (1) years’ work experience in a IT related field, customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Starting pay: Training $14hr after training $16hr
