Job Title: Senior Production Supervisor Location: Dayton, MN Compensation: 1st shift $85,000-$100,000 annually – paid weekly | 1st Shift Monday-Thursday (9 hour days) and Friday (4 hour days) Job Type:  Direct Hire | Full-time
About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Senior Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Dayton, MN. In this role, you’ll oversee daily production operations, lead a team of manufacturing employees, and help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and driving production success in a fast-paced environment. Our team is in need of both a 1st shift and 2nd shift supervisor. Read below for more information! What You’ll Do as an Senior Production Supervisor:

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workers
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished products
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirements
• Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements
• Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment

What You Need to Bring to the Senior Production Supervisor Role:

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and manage multiple priorities
