Job Description Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Compensation: Base Salary: $285,000 - $300,000 Sign On Bonus Relocation Bonus Performance Incentives Productivity Bonus Job Description: 1:7 call, including some weekends Provide direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment Patient Volume: 18-22 Per Day Provide procedural services within the scope of specialty training and clinical competence Communicate appropriately, following confidentiality guidelines, with internal and external providers to ensure quality and continuity of care Participate in the education of health professions students assigned to site rotations Medical record documentation will comply with policies and procedures. Maintain an active Pennsylvania physician license, board certification in family medicine specialty, and controlled substance registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Abide by the credentialing and re-credentialing policy. Maintain participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other third party payer programs as required by administration. Management of chronic diseases and commonly encountered outpatient acute medical conditions. Knowledge and competencies in understanding and collaborating with the region’s behavioral health and social service system. Comfort providing above services to individuals with severe/persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and housing instability. Note : The hospital will take care of the licensing part during credentialing.
