General Dentist
Location: Smile Fitness Dental Center Schedule: Full Time (Wednesday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 1:00 pm) Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period Patient Mix: PPO/ FFS Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.
United Dental Corporation is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in the Phoenix market.
We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.
Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses Develop and present treatment plans Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care Endodontics Educate patients on treatment options and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care
