Quality Manager

Join the Quality Management team at Epic and become the last line of defense for software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with developers to build intuitive tools for health organizations. Design and test new features, uncover bugs, and continually improve software quality. Specialize in software usability design, technical automation, or project coordination for customer software installations. Test the limits of our software for leading health systems and deliver insights that drive improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major) A history of academic and professional success Willingness to travel at least three times per year to customer locations Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) Benefits Comprehensive benefits package to support health and well‑being. Merit‑based compensation with annual raises and bonuses. Stock grants to increase ownership in the company. Eligible for a four‑week sabbatical program after five years of service.
