Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience) Location: Columbus, OH Shift Availability Bun/Pancake Flex Supervisor – Flexible coverage role supporting bun and pancake operations across all shifts, based on business needs We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, company paid Dental and Vision, Disability and Life Insurance, 401K with match, and paid Vacation. The job responsibilities of our Production Supervisor are to: Supervise production line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Train and Coach production line employees. Conduct employee performance reviews. Schedule and conduct shift meetings. Work with QA Dept. to ensure products are being made to customer specifications. Ensure compliance with SQF level code of practice and HACCP regulations and programs. Responsible for quality control. Adjust as necessary during the shift to producing products within specifications. Reject products outside of specifications. Qualifications 3 – 5 years of Manufacturing experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing 2 Years of Leadership experience, Preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Example Activities Enforce Safety and Sanitation regulations. Keep records of employees’ attendance and hours worked. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. Interpret specifications, job orders, company and union policies and procedure for team members.
