Senior Manufacturing Manager

The Senior Manufacturing Manager is a Service Group Staff Level position responsible for overall operations of a manufacturing campus. The Senior Manufacturing Manager is responsible for developing the Annual Operating Plan for their group and ensuring it supports Swageloks and the Service Groups Strategic Plan. Lead the operations team of Site Managers and Supervisors. The job requires cross-functional interaction with Environmental & Safety, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Finance and Equipment Reliability to ensure the Annual Operating Plan is achieved. The development of the Manufacturing Campus Leadership and Technical capabilities are a key requirement of the Senior Manufacturing Managers position.
