Benefits: Solid weekly pay straight to your account, every time Medical, dental & vision solid coverage, no guesswork Optional 401(k) + life insurance cover today, plan for tomorrow Respect on the floor work with people who get it No shortcuts on safety gear up, follow the rules, and go home safe every day Education Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Technical training in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or related fields preferred Basic computer skills required for production documentation and work order processing IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 certifications are preferred Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, cable assembly, wire harness manufacturing, or electronics production Experience interpreting blueprints, work instructions, assembly drawings, and production documentation Soldering, IPC 610, J-STD 001 experience Proficiency using hand tools, measuring devices, microscopes, soldering equipment, and assembly fixtures Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately perform measurements and quality inspections Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Capabilities: Regular use of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly tasks Ability to distinguish colors for wiring, cable identification, and quality verification Close vision required for detailed assembly, soldering, and inspection work Ability to sit for extended periods at a workstation Occasionally lift, carry, push, or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds Job Duties: Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, box builds, kits, and electro-mechanical products from start to finish Perform manufacturing processes including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, heat shrinking, potting, connector assembly, continuity testing, and pin extraction Build products according to work orders, engineering drawings, customer specifications, and production documentation Support quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and operational efficiency Maintain accuracy, productivity, and compliance with manufacturing standards while working independently under indirect supervision Perform special projects and additional production-related duties as assigned About Us: At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
