Optical Sales Associate - NorthPark Center

Summary The Optical Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations while building lasting client relationships. This role drives sales performance by leveraging in-depth product and brand knowledge and supports a seamless omnichannel customer experience. The associate also assists with minor adjustments and helps maintain a high-standard store environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding, personalized customer service to all clients on the sales floor and through follow-up communication. Maintain current product and brand knowledge; attend training sessions as required. Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and support point-of-sale transactions. Ensure the store and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless experience between online and in-store services. Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
