Our mission is to deliver high‑quality medical services to the community. Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities Prepare patients for visits with providers by performing and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, etc.). Assist in routine physical examinations by preparing the patient, equipment, supplies, and supporting the provider as needed. Assist in preparing patients for routine diagnostic procedures (e.g., urine specimens) and performing selected screening tests (urine dipstick, urine hCG, rapid strep throat cultures). Prepare routine diagnostic request forms. Book patients for tests and appointments with outside facilities or specialists. Perform other job‑related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Hmong a plus. Experience in a medical office environment. Knowledge of basic medical terminology. CPR certification or equivalent. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast‑paced medical office environment. Preferred Qualifications Medical office experience. Accurate data entry skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Licenses & Certifications Required: CPR Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant.
