Medical Surgical Floor Nurse, MS The healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shifts at a medical surgical unit. This role involves caring for post-surgical patients, including orthopedic and general surgery cases, with an emphasis on neuro populations. The position requires independent practice and the ability to deliver routine and complex patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 7 PM 7 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification via AHA, RN license in the state of employment or within a compact state, and willingness to float.
• Responsibilities: Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, monitor for side effects, and document patient information. Educate patients, families, and caregivers, and address their psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Experience: 0 years minimum experience required in a similar clinical setting.
