Cole’s Flea Market is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Concessions Team Member to join our Food and Beverage team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will help prepare and serve food, process customer orders, maintain clean work areas, and create a positive experience for every guest who visits our market.

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive, hands-on attitude.

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Full weekend availability is required

• Complete assigned opening and closing duties.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Take customer orders and accurately enter transactions into the register.
• Handle cash and other payments according to established cash-handling procedures.
• Count money and provide accurate change.
• Prepare and cook food using stovetops and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and quality standards.
• Serve purchased food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Communicate shortages, special orders, and customer requests to the kitchen team.
• Correct order issues quickly and professionally.
• Replenish silverware, condiments, supplies, and other service items.
• Clean and sanitize machines, equipment, tools, food preparation areas, and service areas.
• Stock and maintain guest and employee areas.
• Follow all company policies and local and state food safety requirements.
• Assist in other areas of the Concessions Department as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Friendly and professional with exceptional customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the full weekend schedule.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to provide accurate change.
• Ability to follow instructions and established food safety procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to contribute positively as part of a team.
• Previous food service, cashier, concessions, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A positive, hands-on, “can-do” attitude.

This is an active position that requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, and pull.
• Safely lift and carry food products, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Work around kitchen equipment and in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
