Customer Advocate Join Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) as a Customer Care Advisor. Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate and committed Customer Care Advisors to join our Customer Service Division. Position Details Job Type: Full-time, remote Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time) Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support Environment: 100% remote work opportunity Requirements Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone A genuine passion for improving the lives of others High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
