Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine treatment needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to groups, individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused interventions to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans and optimal outcomes for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Carecube Medical Services, you will primarily serve individuals and families who encounter various mental health challenges. This includes clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and those needing support for substance misuse. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the overall mental health of our community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas without any restrictions.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.

• Proven track record of excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, with caseload determined based on experience and availability. In addition to the base salary, we offer:
