Duly Health and Care in **Lisle** is seeking a **Cardiac Evaluation Center Nurse Practitioner** who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward. **Opportunity Highlights*** Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekends. No night call.* Average 12 patients/day. 30-minute new patient and 20-minute follow-up patient appointments* Same day Echo, CT and stress testing in this cardiac immediate care setting* Practice at the top of your license, forming trusted relationships and collaborating with leading physicians* Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across cardiologyand more than 1,600 Duly providers* Competitive salary, financial bonuses, CME funds, and 401K match* Live and work in the vibrant suburbs of Chicago with excellent schools and convenient access to some of the nation's leading healthcare facilities**Compensation & Benefits**The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
