Job description

Join Chef Saipin and the awardwinning Lotus of Siam team as a parttime Grill Cook specializing in authentic Northern Thai grilling techniques and highquality protein preparation. Experience preferred. Deliver consistent, welltimed plates and support a fastpaced kitchen with respect for traditional flavors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook proteins (chicken, pork, beef, seafood) and grilled vegetables to recipe, temperature, and presentation standards.
• Manage the grill station: maintain mise en place, prep marinades, skewers, and sauces as directed.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station; clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces regularly.
• Rotate inventory, assist with receiving and proper storage of deliveries.
• Report equipment issues, breakage, or safety concerns immediately to management.
• Coordinate with other line cooks, expediters, and servers for timely ticket completion.
• Follow all SNHD food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist other kitchen stations when necessary.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior grill or line cook experience preferred, especially with Thai or Asian cuisine.
• Must have Nevada Food Handler Safety Card.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a highvolume environment.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
