What You'll Do
  • Conduct outpatient and inpatient ENT consultations and procedures
  • Manage a diverse adult patient population (18+)
  • Respond to call shifts on weekends, starting at 7:00 am, with 15-20 min response times
  • Collaborate with support staff including RNs, MAs, PAs, and office personnel
  • Document using Athena and Cerner EMR systems
  • Ensure quality patient care within a high-volume, certified stroke facility
  • Support admissions and rounding for assigned and unassigned patients
What You Need
  • Valid California license (or eligible IMLC)
  • Certified in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
  • Minimum 50 case logs in the last 24 months
  • At least 1 year of ENT or specialized provider experience
  • Strong communication and clinical skills

About the Assignment
This position is based at a busy, well-equipped hospital with 209 beds, certified for stroke care, offering both outpatient and inpatient ENT services. The role involves managing both diagnosed and emergent cases, supporting the ENT department's mission to deliver quality care efficiently. No specific trauma or pediatric levels required, but certification and prior experience are essential.
