The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks!Perks:Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMWeekly paycheckPay: $27.00-$30.00/hourAccess to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesResponsibilities:Execute and monitor production control activities, including production order review, material shortage analysis, and cycle counting to support schedule adherence and inventory accuracyCreate, distribute, maintain, and adjust shop orders within ERP/MRP systems to support production schedules and customer requirementsSchedule customer demand by balancing production capacity, machine availability, and material requirements to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to identify shortages, resolve constraints, and support production flowRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related role in an MRP-driven manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP/MRP systems, production planning methodologies, capacity planning, and machine shop scheduling; Oracle experience preferredKnowledge of Kanban, Lean Manufacturing, inventory control, and cycle counting processesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organizational skills, and effective verbal and written communication skillsThis role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
