Senior Technical Lead

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical aspects of DevOps solutions, AWS architecture, and Java within the organization. They will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions to meet business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of DevOps solutions, AWS architecture, and java applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and AWS services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for DevOps and AWS architecture.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and scalability of applications in AWS environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to DevOps and java applications, providing timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps, AWS and java development technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot and backend architecture.
• Prior experience in the financial sector is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, preferably with relevant certification (AWS).
• Expert knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex system integrations.
• Strong background in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge and experience in AWS architecture, including services like ec2, s3, lambda, and rds.
• Expertise in java programming and development, with the ability to write efficient code and troubleshoot issues.
• Hands-on experience with ci/cd pipelines, containerization tools like docker, and automation tools like ansible.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (iac) tools such as terraform or cloud formation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
