Who are you? You're friendly, dependable, and enjoy making a difference in the lives of customers. At C&N, we're seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker to provide exceptional service while helping customers with their everyday banking needs. In this role, you'll process transactions, assist with opening accounts, educate customers on C&N's products and digital banking services, and help create a welcoming experience for everyone who visits our branches. You'll also provide support to neighboring branch locations as needed, making an impact across the communities we serve. You will be responsible for:

• Customer Relationships & Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Branch Operations: Process a variety of teller and account transactions accurately while supporting the daily operational needs of the branch.
• Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing C&N's technology solutions.
• Sales & Referrals: Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
• Regional Branch Support: Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region.

Requirements: You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than one year of related customer service, retail, cash handling, or banking experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas: Customer Service Relationship Building Strong Communication Active Listening Sales & Cross-Selling Attention to Detail Multitasking Technical Skills Problem Solving Teamwork & Collaboration Cash Handling Time Management
