Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay: $20-$22/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shifts Available: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) + Overtime Available
About the Opportunity
A well-established company in Beaverton is looking to add dependable Warehouse Associates to its growing team. While this is a general warehouse position, the primary focus will be on check-in and receiving, ensuring incoming shipments are accurately received, inspected, and processed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being a key part of warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and check in incoming shipments
  
  
• Verify quantities and inspect products for accuracy or damage
  
  
• Read and interpret packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), invoices, and other shipping documents
  
  
• Accurately enter and organize received inventory
  
  
• Assist with picking, pulling, packing, and preparing customer orders as needed
  
  
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  
  
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (forklift experience is a plus)
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  
  
• Work independently while supporting the warehouse team
  
  
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
  
  
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
  
  
• Receiving or inventory experience is a plus
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  
  
• Experience with forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to read warehouse documents, including BOLs, packing slips, and pick tickets
  
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
