Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour days with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026.
• Required Qualifications: One year of skilled home health experience, Oregon and Washington licensure, BLS certification, COVID-19 vaccination (primary series plus one booster).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems (EPIC), home health or community hospital experience, wound care, medication management, IV skills.
• Additional Information: The traveler is expected to have own transportation. The facility groups clients to minimize drive time, with occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day. No on-call requirements. The position involves charting via EPIC and Rover applications.
