Description Brothers Bar & Grill, Fort Collins, CO has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager works closely with the entire management team to provide outstanding guest experiences and a positive work environment for all team members. The Assistant Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management and assuring outstanding guest experiences. $20 per hour and 40 hrs a week Benefits: paid vacation Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management or supervision Bartending And/or Restaurant Serving Experience Required Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software Full understanding of inventory control, labor management, safety management and guest satisfaction Detail oriented and well developed time management skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to coach, train and teach co-workers Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr
