Responsibilities Guide Buyers Through the Home Buying Journey Help clients identify and purchase residential properties that fit their needs, goals, and budget Deliver exceptional client service while building trust and long‑term relationships Schedule and accompany clients to private showings and open houses Educate buyers on market conditions, financing options, and purchasing strategies Research & Market Expertise Conduct thorough market research and provide up‑to‑date property insights Stay informed on local market trends, zoning regulations, and financing programs Help clients make confident, informed buying decisions Negotiation & Transaction Management Negotiate purchase offers and counter‑offers to secure favorable terms Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth closings Manage timelines, deadlines, and documentation throughout the transaction process Client Communication & Relationship Building Maintain consistent communication and proactive updates throughout the buying process Answer questions, solve problems, and deliver a seamless client experience Leverage Systems & Team Support Utilize PLACE technology, CRM systems, and team tools to stay organized and efficient Participate in team coaching, training, and accountability meetings Follow proven systems while building your personal business within our team framework Qualifications We're looking for agents who are ready to stop operating in survival mode and start building with leverage. You’re a Great Fit If You Are: Licensed in Rhode Island or Connecticut (or actively pursuing licensure) Great at negotiating, communicating, and connecting with people Client‑focused and committed to delivering exceptional service Comfortable using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and technology tools Detail‑oriented with strong organization and time management skills Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Knowledgeable about local, state, and federal real estate regulations Driven, coachable, and growth‑minded Able to maintain a flexible schedule based on client needs Equipped with dependable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpern & Mesenbourg
