Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time – $10,000 Sign On Bonus. The RN will provide primary care coordination for patients and implement a collaborative care plan as prescribed by the physician and treatment team. Duties include: assessing mental health needs; developing nursing diagnoses, identifying outcomes, planning and evaluating nursing care; administering and/or monitoring the effects and side effects of medications and treatments ordered by a physician; ensuring safety and providing consistent therapeutic milieu management and crisis intervention strategies. Schedule Day and night shifts are available. RNs will be scheduled 7 shifts in a two‑week period with alternating weekend days. Day Shifts: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. BSN or BS preferred. Specialty certification also preferred. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current SC RN license or an RN license from a compact state required; CPI training provided upon hire.
