Assist technicians and service staff by locating and supplying needed parts in a timely manner. Process and fulfill customer and service department orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communicate effectively with vendors to place orders and track shipments. Maintain a clean and organized parts department to promote safety and productivity. Utilize dealership software systems to track parts ordering, inventory, and sales. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in inventory management or parts handling preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities. Good communication skills and a customer service mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory and ordering software.
