Here is what you need to know about the job: Marketing Assistant – Graphics & Social Media About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant – Graphics & Social Media to support our teams in developing engaging, brand-aligned visual content. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for translating trends into compelling digital content. In this role, you will assist in the creation of marketing and social media assets that elevate brand presence across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to produce polished creative materials that support campaigns, strengthen brand identity, and drive engagement. Roles & Responsibilities Support with visual research, competitive analysis, and trend inspiration for campaigns and digital initiatives. Create mood boards, inspiration decks, mockups, presentations, and graphics for social media, email marketing, website, and digital advertising. Develop and adapt content for social platforms, ensuring assets are optimized for each platform. Design and update graphics, layouts, templates, and branded content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. Assist with photoshoot coordination and on-site support, including sample preparation, shoot setup, and general photoshoot management as needed. Support showroom setup and ongoing upkeep to ensure product displays, samples, and marketing materials are organized and presentation-ready. Maintain organized creative files, templates, and asset libraries. Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, project briefs, and timelines. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather feedback, manage revisions, and support ongoing marketing initiatives. Assist with basic video editing, animation, or motion graphics for social and marketing content. Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and creative best practices. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of experience in digital design, marketing graphics, or social media content creation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with video editing tools is a plus Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Detail-oriented with strong visual judgment and creative sensibility Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: $50,000 – $55,000 (Actual salary based on experience and skill level) Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Company Holidays Important Notice: Fraudulent Communications It has come to our attention that individuals have been posing as representatives of Li & Fung and may send fraudulent employment or other inquiries.
