Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
Home health clinical experience required, including Homecare/HomeBase documentation
Experience performing admission visits, OASIS visits, and home treatment visits
Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients required
Must be able to practice as a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: experience with mileage documentation and travel between patient homes

Facility type: Home Health
Shift: Days, 5x8
Weekly hour expectation: 40 hours
On-call/weekend requirement: one weekend per month
Coverage area: Dallas, TX
Must be willing to travel between patient homes; mileage reimbursement is provided between first and last patient visit
Dress code: navy scrubs
