Job Overview

This Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician role is a community-based outpatient primary care position serving an adult and geriatric patient population. Physicians provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and care coordination in a collaborative environment with access to specialty support. The practice emphasizes quality outcomes, continuity of care, and work-life balance.

Work Schedule

• 32 or 36 patient‑facing hours per week
• Average 18 to 20 patients per day
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Light telephone‑only call shared evenly among physicians
• Established practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice clinicians
• Diverse patient population with strong community ties
• Integrated specialty referral access and care coordination
