In this role, you'll take ownership of transportation operations for one of the world's fastest-growing industries, driving continuous improvement and leading day-to-day operational execution with limited oversight. This is a hands-on operations role where no two days look the same — you'll regularly navigate ambiguous situations, make sound judgment calls, and find practical solutions without always having a defined playbook to follow.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You operate with autonomy, own your segment of the business end-to-end, and know when to escalate versus when to act.
