Occupational Therapist School Setting in Bedford, NH

We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to contribute expertise for an Extended School Year (ESY) program on a flexible contract basis. Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
• Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Familiarity with sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills intervention, and adaptive strategies for K-12 students
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to eligible students attending the ESY program
• Evaluate student progress, document sessions, and adjust interventions as needed to support IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams and families to foster student engagement and participation
• Provide adaptive techniques and recommendations for classroom accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
