Youth Pastor

Youth Pastor

Are you a builder? We aren't looking for a performer; we're looking for a partner.

Our church (500 attenders) is currently looking for a Youth Pastor to lead our group of 60 students. We are a community that values stability, genuine discipleship, and a staff culture that promotes from within—our last Youth Pastor was recently promoted to our Pastor of Business Administration.

The Reality of Our Ministry We don't want to be a flash in the pan. We are an Assemblies of God congregation committed to the fundamentals: Fine Arts, Bible Quiz, and Summer Camp. We want to see students who know their identity in Christ and are equipped to live it out.

What We Need:

• Relational Depth: We have 60 students who need someone who shows up. Whether it's a ballgame, a recital, or a Bible study, we want a leader who is present.

• Team Development: You don't have to do it alone. We have a committed team of adult volunteers waiting for a leader to provide focus and encouragement.

• Denominational Alignment: We are proud of our AG heritage. We need someone who understands the power of the Holy Spirit and has a heart for the local church.

Why Join Us?

• A "Healthy" Environment: We have a history of keeping our staff. You'll be joining a team where the leadership is unified, supportive, and focused on the long haul.

• Ministry Support: You will have the resources you need and the freedom to develop your own creative approach to reaching these 60 students.

• Stability: This isn't a "fixer-upper" ministry. It's a group with momentum that is ready for a leader to step in and love them well.

Is this your next step? If you are a leader who prioritizes character over charisma and long-term investment over quick wins, we want to hear from you.
